Madame TE/MO's Oddities & Curiosities

First off, wanted to say that The Tower might be my favorite piece of writing I've ever engaged with. Secondly, I'm going absolutely banana's over theories but wanted to put out there and see if anyone agreed: there's four major arcana not referenced directly in the lyrics and I didn't know if anyone thought those could be referencing the Stranger? Given his lines about doing the same thing over and over, and needing new friends and such, it would make sense that the four remaining arcana primarily dealing with difficult emotions and breaking convention could have something to do with it?
